Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By downloading or using
Unda, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Unda is a community-driven tool for comparing prices of everyday products across
vendors in Aruba. Prices are contributed by users and may change at any time.
Unda may show sponsored content, always labelled "Sponsored"; sponsors cannot
change the price comparison.

2. Accounts are optional

Unda works without an account. The app uses a random, anonymous identifier
stored on your device to attribute your contributions and track your points and
achievements. You may sign in (with Apple, Google, or an emailed code) to keep
your points, loyalty cards and shopping list across phones. Keep access to your
sign-in method secure; you can delete your account at any time in the app (see
the Privacy Policy).

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Prices, vendors, availability, and product details shown in Unda are provided
for general information only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We
do not guarantee that any price shown is the price you will pay in store. Always
confirm prices with the vendor before purchasing.

4. Community contributions

You may submit prices, product information, and photos. By submitting content,
you confirm that:
• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right to share any photo or content you submit; and
• your submission does not contain other people's personal information or
anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
You grant Unda a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and
share your submissions within the app and its price database. Submissions are
reviewed before they appear, and we may edit or remove them at our discretion.

5. Points and achievements

Unda may award points and achievements for approved contributions. These have no
monetary value, are tied to your device's anonymous identifier, and may be
changed or reset as the app evolves.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Unda, including by submitting false or misleading prices,
attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, scraping data in bulk, or
using the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Unda, its name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable
laws. Product reference data is provided by Open Food Facts under its open
licence. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. No warranty

Unda is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and
accuracy of information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unda and its operators are not liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising
from your reliance on prices or other information in the app.

10. Changes to the service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may update
these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles.
